Bid / No-Bid Calculator

Score one opportunity across the eight factors that actually decide a federal award. Move the sliders and the probability of win moves with them.

A proposal costs real money and real hours. This exists to make the no-bid decision as easy to defend as the bid decision. The result is free and appears on screen. The emailed report adds your two weakest factors and what to do about each.

• 01Rate the opportunity on each factor, zero to five.
• 02Watch the weighted Pwin and the verdict update live.
• 03Optional: get the written breakdown by email.
